Project Overview

We collaborated with a US-based financing platform to modernize and automate the end-to-end loan processing experience for auto dealerships. The initiative focused on syncing external deal submissions from credit decisioning platforms into a centralized backend system, enabling real-time evaluation, fee reconciliation, documentation workflows, and disbursement approvals.A key objective was to eliminate delays caused by siloed dealer portals and manual processing of lease and retail loan applications. We built a custom integration module that validates, normalizes, and processes incoming deal packages from third-party credit platforms, while also enabling dynamic fee calculations, document logic, and status updates throughout the approval journey.
