Mr. Dinesh Thakur, the Founder of Ditstek Innovations, is a seasoned tech enthusiast who instills transparent and responsible software development within team Ditstek. Backed by powerful core values, Dinesh has been responsible for creating a footprint of leadership excellence and steering the company toward sustainable success.

Beginning his journey as a software executive in the IT department of a leading pharmaceutical company, Dinesh's passion for technology led him through various roles, from Programmer to Tech Lead and onto several management-level positions. With over 23 years of experience working with startups and growing MNCs and leading a robust team of over 200 professionals, Dinesh is dedicated to turning startups and MVPs into scale-ups. Being a commerce graduate, financial planning & operations are his other forte which he has very well utilized in resource planning, team utilization, and strategizing. He has handled operations of various locations and managed businesses and engineering operations of more than 800 employees.

Dinesh believes that curiosity along with the thirst to innovate is what helps an organization check the boxes and achieve bigger milestones. With this belief, he envisions to constantly align with the customers’ expectations, build better processes & products for clients, and scale Ditstek Innovations to new heights.

NIDHI THAKUR

A proficient business development professional, Mrs. Nidhi Thakur, brings more than 20 years of experience, insights, and knowledge of IT sales to the team Ditstek. Nidhi is the Co-founder and Business Development Head of Ditstek Innovations who has been responsible for the strategic growth of the company with her go-getter attitude.

A tech graduate by qualification, Nidhi started her career as a Java trainee and later made a successful career in IT Sales. With a slew of 200+ tech brains at work, Mrs. Thakur is a constant source of inspiration for them, with her passion for learning new things and a keen eye for building new benchmark standards of development capabilities. Nidhi has handled accounts of millions of dollars with her exceptional customer handling skills. Her wondrous attention to detail, networking, business understanding, and decision-making abilities make her a true business leader.
