We collaborated with a prominent behavioral healthcare software solution company supporting state-funded agencies, mental health organizations, substance use recovery centers, IDD programs, and child welfare services across the United States.The client’s existing platform was actively used by over 30 agencies, with more than 35,000 daily users. Our engagement focused on strengthening platform stability, scaling configurations to support additional organizations, and expanding key functionalities across finance, clinical workflows, intake processes, and reporting modules.Key priorities included improving usability for frontline staff, implementing recovery mechanisms for long-form data entry, and enabling high-volume data migrations, seamlessly executed without disrupting ongoing care operations
