The client was operating on a CorePHP legacy system, which created multiple challenges for the business. The platform had been modified repeatedly over the years, making it unstable and challenging to maintain. A single developer managed the entire system, creating a high-risk bottleneck and leaving the company vulnerable to disruptions. Critical operational workflows, such as employee scheduling, inspections , and reporting, were handled manually, often resulting in errors, delays, and inefficiencies. 

Multiple disconnected third-party tools led to fragmented systems, duplicated data, and poor visibility. Without real-time communication or task coordination, department collaboration was slow and disjointed. 

The reporting capabilities were minimal, preventing leadership from accessing key metrics to make data-driven decisions.
