IoT-Based Power Consumption Optimization

The proposed IoT solution intends to help small or medium businesses reduce their energy consumption by allowing them to monitor, review, and control different devices within their property.

An efficient EMS that can measure HVAC runtime performance, and water/gas consumption and provide real-time data so that users can make decisions about their daily energy usage.

We leveraged Node (Nest.JS), Angular technologies, and MongoDB (cross-platform document-oriented) database for data storage. As the prime objective of the platform is to monitor or maintain energy, we put extra emphasis on the platform's web interface to let users interact with the system seamlessly and view real-time data.
